As a Senior Account Manager at Perk, you will manage a portfolio of SMB customers in the Benelux region, driving adoption, growth, and retention. You will build strong client relationships, understand each client’s business, and uncover upsell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations. You’ll leverage data to deliver business reviews and impact, helping customers maximize value from Perk’s platform. This is a hands-on, high-growth role with a clear impact on revenue and customer success.

• Develop deep understanding of customers’ businesses to maximise Perk usage
• Identify growth opportunities and expand the portfolio with new business

Responsabilidades
• Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (C1)
• Experience in the Benelux market
• Previous account management or customer success experience required
• Background in SaaS or travel-tech preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to build deep relationships
• Strong prioritisation and time management
• Result-oriented with customer satisfaction as a priority
• Ability to analyse and translate data for clients
