? We’re Hiring: IB Chemistry Teacher | English C1/C2

Bright Future Academy is an international education platform dedicated to helping IB students achieve their academic goals through personalised tutoring, expert teaching, and innovative learning tools.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher/Tutor to join our growing academic team.

? The Role The Chemistry Teacher will provide afternoon classes several days per week, supporting international IB students in developing strong subject knowledge and improving their academic performance.

You will

- Teach IB Chemistry to students with different levels, learning styles, and academic needs.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies to help each student reach their full potential.
- Prepare engaging lessons aligned with the IB Chemistry curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Support students with their Internal Assessments (IAs) and help them develop high-quality academic work.
- Use digital and interactive learning tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with students from diverse international backgrounds.

? Requirements We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts clearly.
- C1/C2 English proficiency and confidence presenting and teaching in English.




- Experience in IB teaching or tutoring is highly preferred.
- Experience with online tutoring or blended learning and digital educational tools.
- Experience or confidence in guiding students through Chemistry Internal Assessments.
- Excellent organisation, reliability, and time-management skills.
- A supportive, inclusive, and student-centred approach to teaching.
