Overview As an Analyst in Global Export & Agency Finance, you support ECA and MLA-backed origination and transactions across Latin America. You work with local and general teams to convert opportunities into deals, delivering high-quality client materials and managing the pipeline. You will engage with agencies, banks, and internal stakeholders to drive cross-border financing solutions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios Hybrid working model Learning platforms (SantanderOpen Academy) Competitive salary with bonuses Healthcare and BeHealthy wellness program Childcare and family-friendly programs Gym/WellHub and meal subsidies Responsabilidades Support the origination and follow-up of the ECA and MLA pipeline across the region Identify, screen and generate new business opportunities with local teams, coverage bankers, product specialists and clients Contribute to the preparation of high-quality client pitches, internal presentations and marketing materials Monitor regional business performance, including KPIs, pipeline evolution, revenues and management reporting Drive internal coordination across geographies and stakeholders (Project Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, E&S;, Syndication, Middle Office)



Support the execution of transactions with ECAs and MLAs through internal approval stages Contribute to business development initiatives to grow Santander's ECA/MLA franchise in core LATAM markets Manage multiple workstreams across countries, teams and time zones Requisitos principales Minimum of 2 years in corporate banking, investment banking, structured or export finance, or related financial services role Experience in client presentations, management reports, pipeline updates, and financial analysis International academic or professional experience valued Fluent English and Spanish; other languages (Portuguese or French) a plus Strong follow-up, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate Analytical skills to translate data into clear management messages Commercial mindset with ability to originate and develop opportunities across sectors and geographies Outgoing with strong people skills to interact with clients and stakeholders Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work independently; capability to manage multiple streams Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills; strong Excel; financial modelling is an advantage Proactivity Strong communication Relationship-building PowerPoint Excel Financial analysis
