Overview In this full-time, home-based CRA role in Barcelona, you support patients and sites as Medpace accelerates the development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. You join a training-focused program (PACE) to build independent CRA expertise through hands-on practice and rotations. The role offers diverse therapeutic exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and clear growth paths within a general CRO.

Responsabilidades Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per protocol

Communicate with site staff including coordinators and investigators

Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and facilities

Verify data accuracy and ensure Good Documentation Practices; address protocol deviations per SOPs, GCP,



and regulatory requirements

Ensure enrollment of eligible subjects and perform regulatory document reviews

Oversee medical device/investigational product/drug accountability

Review adverse events and concomitant medications for accurate reporting

Assess site recruitment/retention and suggest improvements

Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters with actionable recommendations to ensure compliance

Requisitos principales University degree in a health or life science related field

Minimum 1 year experience as Study Coordinator (SC), CRC, or CRA trainee

Approximately 60-80% travel

Proficient Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented with good time management

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

Catalan language fluency is a plus strong communication attention to detail time management
