Overview In this role you own the development of cloud and network security products, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen ISGs security infrastructure from Madrids Digital Hub. You will drive innovative security solutions across cloud and network domains, translating requirements into a roadmap and clear user stories. You'll shape product strategy, mentor teams, and advance security practices to enable scalable, secure digital transformation.

Responsabilidades Own and drive development of security products for network security, cloud environments, and automation

Lead cross-functional cloud security teams with expertise in Azure, Zscaler, Checkpoint, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with senior leadership and other product owners to align goals and ensure clear cross-department communication

Translate technical requirements into User Stories affecting the roadmap

Lead teams to build scalable security solutions aligned with business needs





Ensure adoption and continuous improvement of cloud security practices and network protections

Mentor cloud security teams on technical work and strategic alignment

Apply strategic planning to drive product development aligned with long-term business goals

Foster an Agile mindset to support iterative development and product improvements

Requisitos principales Proven experience leading teams/projects in cloud network security

Strong know-how of Zscaler, Checkpoint, Azure Cloud Security and automation tech (Ansible, Terraform)

Experience managing security tools for IaaS and PaaS; LAN and WAN networking expertise

Leadership experience in cloud security and cross-functional collaboration

MS stack expertise with hands-on Azure experience

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within scope and deadlines

Strong communication to simplify complex concepts for directors and non-technical audiences

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritize features

Very strong English communication skills leadership cross-functional collaboration clear communication
