Overview In this role you guide the strategic direction for a portfolio of Cloud BI products and analytics solutions. You collaborate with stakeholders, product teams and data groups to align investments with business priorities and customer needs. You own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle for Cloud BI offerings, driving data-driven insights, user experience improvements and measurable business outcomes.

You influence strategy across multiple analytics products and mentor product managers to sustain alignment with enterprise goals. You work globally to advance product adoption and continuous improvement while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap and lifecycle for multiple Cloud BI products or complex analytics areas

Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to translate market needs into strategic direction

Collaborate with architects to ensure aligned design and technology usage across products

Create clear user stories to guide development teams and mentor other product owners





Maintain a prioritized three-month roadmap aligned with business priorities and support other product owners

Lead technology selection within product areas in collaboration with architects and teams

Ensure strategic alignment and cohesive design across products under the portfolio

Support story refinement to enable continuous delivery within Sprint cadence

Drive product innovation and strategic alignment with architecture colleagues

Mentor and coach Product Managers to promote best practices in product management and value delivery

Requisitos principales 5-8 years of experience managing BI, analytics, reporting, or data products

Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing teams

Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and influencing skills

Experience driving product adoption, change management and continuous improvement

Strong strategic planning, prioritization and execution skills with high attention to detail

Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented with change leadership abilities stakeholder management communication influence and presenting to senior levels

BI/analytics/product management in cloud contexts data products and reporting solutions stakeholder alignment and requirements translation
