Overview
In this role you will drive performance-focused media buying for global advertisers within ExoClick’s Barcelona office. You will manage campaigns across CPM, CPC, and CPV models to hit CPA goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on new products and marketing angles. You’ll analyze data, prepare strategic reports, and coach peers, shaping optimization strategies and client outcomes. This opportunity blends hands-on buying with product and process development in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades
- Buy and optimize campaigns on CPM, CPC, and CPV models to achieve CPA targets
- Setup and manage campaigns using the Exoclick Ad platform and internal tools
- Prospect new direct response advertisers and expand the client portfolio
- Monitor daily spend and revenue performance across campaigns




- Manage client relationships and collate best practices, reports and case studies
- Collaborate with BI and Business Development to translate market insights into actions
- Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to team resources
- Contribute to developing new marketing angles and product ideas within the department
- Develop and improve department processes and take ownership of new products/projects
- Support cross-department documentation and educational materials

Requisitos principales
- +4 years in online advertising as a media buyer
- Experience managing six-figure campaigns for product owners or affiliate networks
- Experience with Exoclick Platform is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google Sheets
- Good HTML knowledge and basic landing page editing
- Proficient with tracking and attribution tools; understanding of CPA/CPL/CPM/CPC models
