Overview

As a Commercial Attorney in Europe, you will support customer and channel sales transactions for a SaaS/Cloud security provider. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and ensure policy compliance across deals in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks, data privacy, and revenue recognition. Responsabilidades Draft and review customer/sales agreements, network services, reseller/distributor, MSAs, software licenses, and related documents

Assist with compliance in data privacy, open source, FCPA, and export

Collaborate with Deals Desk to structure transactions for policy compliance and revenue recognition

Support Finance, Products, Engineering,



Sales and other groups with legal requests

Provide timely, clear legal guidance to internal clients in a fast-moving environment

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements

Requisitos principales Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction

5+ years experience supporting customer and channel sales transactions for technology companies (SaaS/Cloud or security preferred)

Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements

Strong knowledge of data privacy and technology law

Fluent in English; French and/or German helpful

Problem solving in quickly moving situations

Negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and technology partners

Commercially driven and client-focused communication

Data privacy and technology law

Understanding of revenue recognition principles
