About Us

Scorp Inc. is an innovative technology company based in Istanbul. Founded in 2014, we initially launched the Scorp app and have since expanded our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming. Our apps are active in 182 countries, with one app reaching 600,000 daily active users and another engaging 400,000. In 2023 alone, we gained over 150 million new registered users, supporting more than 25 languages.

Responsibilities

- Scout, identify, and recruit new agencies, managers, creators, and streamers in Spanish and English speaking markets.
- Reach out to potential partners and introduce them to the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and top streamers, providing daily support and resolving their inquiries.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through social media campaigns and other channels.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Ensure users comply with the platform’s community guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize in-app events, competitions, battles, and other engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Spanish is required.
- Good command of English is required.
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, partnership management, community management, or a similar role.
- Outgoing, proactive,



and confident in communicating with new people.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and lead follow-up.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.

Location & Work Setup

- This is a full-time contract position.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- During your first month, you'll work fully onsite to get to know the team, products, and systems.
- Our office is located in the heart of Barcelona, providing an inspiring environment to collaborate and build together.
