Reports to: Head of Marketing and Community Management

Overview

Tickets for Good is on a mission to make live events more accessible by connecting eligible communities with free and discounted tickets to incredible events.

We’re looking for a Community Partnerships Lead to help manage the day-to-day delivery of our community relationship strategy, growing and strengthening relationships across key sectors including healthcare, education, charities and volunteering.

This is a hands-on partnerships and growth role. You’ll take ownership of one of our key community groups, building relationships with relevant organisations and networks and helping them introduce Tickets for Good to the people they represent.

The role combines outreach, relationship nurturing, activation and user growth. Success means not simply onboarding organisations, but developing meaningful relationships within them — securing strong communications contacts, increasing awareness of Tickets for Good and helping more eligible people discover, register for and use the platform.

You’ll own the day-to-day partnership pipeline for your community group and implement the wider Community strategy set by the Head of Marketing and Community Management, while collaborating closely with the wider Community Partnerships team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research and identify partnership opportunities across your community group and its wider network.
- Proactively approach relevant contacts across internal communications, HR, staff or member engagement, wellbeing, rewards, benefits and leadership teams.
- Build relationships with organisations, networks, representative bodies, professional groups and other relevant partners.
- Manage outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, meetings, events and prospecting tools.
- Develop organisations from initial prospect through to active Tickets for Good partners.
- Understand how different organisations communicate with their people and identify the most effective routes for reaching eligible audiences.
- Secure and nurture strong communications relationships with contacts who can regularly promote Tickets for Good internally or across their networks.
- Drive user acquisition and registration growth through organisational partnerships.
- Increase penetration within partner organisations,

developing relationships beyond a single contact and increasing the proportion of the organisation or community being reached.
- Nurture existing partners, identify organisations requiring re-engagement and maintain regular relationship activity.
- Share relevant ticket offers and campaigns with partners, encouraging timely and regular promotion.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop appropriate audience-facing messaging, campaign materials and creative assets.
- Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, contacts, follow-ups, organisation activity and partnership performance.
- Track and report on organisation growth, estimated audience reach, user acquisition, engagement and partnership activity.
- Represent Tickets for Good in relevant meetings, forums, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the Community Partnerships team, supporting activity across our other community groups when required.
- Work closely with our Accounts & Eligibility Executive to ensure organisations are smoothly onboarded and supported through the next stages of engagement.

‍ ‍

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in someone who understands how to build engagement across large or complex organisations and networks, and who knows that reaching an audience often means identifying and developing relationships with the right communications and stakeholder teams.

Experience working within the NHS, education or teaching environments — particularly in communications, engagement or partnership-focused roles — would be highly valuable, as would experience working with similarly complex organisations or professional communities.

You’ll Ideally Have

- Experience working within, or building partnerships with, large organisations, institutions, professional networks or membership communities.
- An understanding of how organisations communicate with their staff, members or communities, including internal communications, intranets, newsletters, wellbeing programmes, employee benefits and other engagement channels.
- Experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development, community growth, internal communications or account management.
- Experience within NHS, healthcare, education or teaching communications would be particularly valuable,

although it is not essential.
- Confidence proactively approaching new organisations and developing relationships from an early stage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- A growth-focused mindset, with an interest in turning organisational partnerships into measurable user growth.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage a varied pipeline of relationships.
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
- Experience with outreach or email platforms such as Apollo or Brevo would be beneficial.
- Confidence working with data and reporting on performance.
- The ability to independently take ownership of your community group against agreed priorities while working collaboratively with the wider Community and Marketing teams.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, events and conferences.

‍ A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential — relevant experience, an understanding of complex organisations and strong relationship-building capability are more important to us.

Why Join Us?:

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of one of Tickets for Good’s key communities and play a direct role in helping more eligible people discover and access live events.

You’ll have responsibility for developing relationships across your community group, growing our organisational reach and finding new ways to connect Tickets for Good with the people who can benefit from it.

You’ll join a collaborative, purpose-driven team where you’ll have genuine ownership of your area while working alongside colleagues across Community and Marketing. You’ll also be able to see the impact of your work directly through stronger partnerships, increased organisational reach and growing numbers of Tickets for Good users.

Benefits

- £31,000 - £35,000 salary, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- An additional day off for your birthday
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in our Sheffield office
- Company Sick Pay and Personal Leave scheme
- Regular company socials
- Access to Tickets for Good events and opportunities where appropriate

This is intended as a guide and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The role may evolve as Tickets for Good continues to grow. ‍ To apply, please fill in the online application here, including a CV and a short cover letter, explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.

The deadline for applying for this role is 5pm on Wednesday 7th October 2026.
