Overview In this role you will handle digital solutions complaints and ensure product quality for HIS/LIS and related medical software. You will work within Roche's Digital Solutions Chapter, engaging with cross‐functional teams across on‐premise and cloud environments. You will investigate root causes of software issues, manage case documentation, and escalate when needed, contributing to a compliant quality process.

You'll solve real patient-impact problems and help maintain reliability of medical software in a collaborative, agile setting. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape software quality and patient outcomes at a global healthcare company.

Responsabilidades Handle inquiries, complaints, potential reportable and safety issues according to ISO Quality System requirements

Classify, investigate, document, and resolve cases including on-site troubleshooting





Interface with Affiliates and communicate quality information to Country Organizations

Analyze data to identify potential product performance issues

Escalate unresolved cases and guide further investigation

Ensure cases comply with established quality processes and regulations

Requisitos principales Degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biomedical engineering, computer science, or an IT-related field

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Experience in software or bioinformatics support roles

Ability to read and debug source code across different programming languages

Understanding of cloud computing platforms and on‐premise infrastructure (servers, HPC)

Experience reading source code to identify root causes
