MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Lead, coordinate and supervise construction activities in accordance with project requirements.
- Manage site teams, contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee construction progress, quality, resources and project schedules.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and support the resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Review construction programmes, method statements and project documentation.
- Coordinate interior fit-out works, finishes, joinery and other specialist construction activities, where applicable.
- Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks, quality issues and areas for improvement.




- Prepare progress reports, inspection records and relevant project documentation.
- Support project handover, snagging and closeout activities.
- Promote a collaborative, safe and results-oriented working environment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, HSE management or project delivery , relevant to the position applied for.

Previous experience in large-scale construction, hospitality, residential, commercial or high-end fit-out projects will be highly valued.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working on international projects is an advantage.

For HSE positions, recognised health and safety qualifications and relevant construction-site experience will be required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations and project coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Knowledge of construction planning, quality control and project reporting.
- Familiarity with interior fit-out works and architectural finishes, where applicable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures for construction environments, where relevant.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a demanding site-based environment.
- Proficiency in relevant construction management and reporting tools.
