Overview

As a Consultant in Professional Services, you will design and deliver Veeva's Commercial Content solutions (PromoMats, DAM) for life sciences customers. You'll translate business needs into solution designs, configure applications, and manage on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will lead workshops, oversee build and testing, and create documentation while planning post-go-live support.

This role sits at the intersection of process, technology, and customer success, enabling faster, compliant content workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes for customers.

Lead business process discovery and design workshops

Translate client requirements into workable solution designs

Plan post-go-live activities and ongoing support

Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva's Commercial Content applications and integration into customers' ecosystems

Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or equivalent

Direct experience with digital content management systems

Experience with life sciences customers (pharma, medical devices, consumer health)

Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create solution designs

Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery

Proven ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced, distributed environments

Ability to travel as required

Bachelor's degree or above

Fluency in English

Based in Europe with legal right to work
