Experteer Overview
In this Migration Leader role, you will steer a large-scale data and AI migration and transformation program toward a cloud-native future with minimal disruption. You’ll coordinate across multiple domains, align with target architecture, and manage dependencies, risks, and governance to ensure a smooth transition. The position sits in the CDAIO division, contributing to Santander’s data-driven, risk-aware modernization ambitions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable value and secure adoption of new platforms. This role offers high-impact work at scale, shaping how data and AI enable the bank’s strategic goals.

• Define and maintain the migration roadmap with waves, sequencing, milestones, and success criteria
• Coordinate migration planning and execution across multiple tech domains and workstreams
• Identify, assess, and manage migration risks, issues, blockers, and governance escalations
• Ensure readiness of environments, tooling, documentation, and transition activities




• Act as primary coordination point for migration efforts with business, architecture, operations, and external partners
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and governance bodies

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in large-scale technology transformation programs
• Proven track record leading complex migration initiatives
• Strong experience in enterprise data and analytics environments
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Experience coordinating external delivery partners and system integrators
• Strong knowledge of migration methodologies
