- The role is part of our Sales team, working with existing customers and new prospects across Catalunya to drive growth and deliver value through the full Salesforce platform
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, helping organizations unlock the power of AI and CRM to transform how they do business
- Build and manage long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction across your assigned accounts
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners as needed
- Drive net new business growth through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting

5 to 10 years of technology sales experience in software or business applicationsProficient in Spanish and EnglishSolid sales forecasting abilities with a proven track record of revenue achievement in the Spanish marketDemonstrated success in net new business sales, from outbound prospecting through to closeDegree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with sales methodology frameworksCatalan proficiency will be highly valued
