Overview

As Controlling Manager at Kantox you guide a small finance team and partner with the CFOO, CCO, and CEO to shape forward-looking planning. You own management accounting, forecasting, and commercial controlling, driving insights that inform executive decisions. You will oversee monthly closes, BNP Paribas reporting, and regulatory filings while driving finance digitalization with cross-functional teams.

This role blends leadership, analytics, and strategic business partnering in a fast-moving fintech environment. You'll influence how the company plans, measures, and grows, with a tangible impact on profitability and cash strategy.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop two direct reports (Finance Controller and Senior Commercial Controller)

Own forward-looking P&L; modelling and driver-based forecasting across revenue and costs

Translate balance sheet and cash data into predictive cash flow models and flag risks

Oversee monthly closing packages, BNP Paribas Group reporting, and regulatory filings

Drive revenue projections and rolling forecasts with sales leadership





Partner with CCO to build business cases and run stress tests

Supervise sales commission and bonus calculation process

Oversee revenue reporting package with SaaS metrics and profitability analyses

Lead continuous process optimization and automation of controlling workflows

Collaborate with Tech and Product to implement automated data pipelines and Power BI dashboards

Refine financial policies, controls, and budget approval workflows

Requisitos principales 7+ years of FP&A;/controlling including people management

Strong mastery of management accounting, driver-based P&L; forecasting, cash flow modelling, and SaaS metrics

Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills

Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI or similar BI tools

Familiarity with automation tools or AI applications in finance is a strong plus

Knowledge of regulatory reporting including Banco de España is advantageous

Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Fluent in English

Prior SaaS/fintech/tech experience is a strong plus leadership and people development cross-functional collaboration analytical mindset and communication
