Задачи:

Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains
Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach
Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful,



and engaging experience from first contact to offer
Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate
Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes
Build an understanding of technical talent markets, competitor companies, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people
Contribute ideas to improve the recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand
Требования:

Proven full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to technical hiring
Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar technical functions
Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate outreach, referrals, and t
