Overview In this role, you will help drive integral marketing excellence by enabling data-driven, portfolio-focused decision making across brands and markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and P&L; impact, advancing from traditional brand management to advanced portfolio management. You will shape global capabilities, support business planning, and accelerate launches across Europe, contributing to a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

providing data-driven recommendations to maximize value and optimize resources Act as strategic marketing partner for Europe, supporting launch readiness and sharing best practices across countries Foster cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Digital, Data & AI, Finance, and other functions for integrated decision-making Requisitos principales Solid international pharmaceutical marketing experience in Marketing Excellence, Brand Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Launch Excellence, or related roles Proven ability to work with brand plans, portfolio reviews, business cases, forecasting, resource allocation, P&L; management, and performance tracking Experience operating in integral–local business models with multiple geographies and affiliates Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with data synthesis and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in matrix organizations Fluent English data-driven decision making
