Responsabilidades Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production team to deliver objectives

Ensure safe, high-performing, and compliant production operations aligned with cGMP

Manage budgets, resources, and risk to maintain efficient, sustainable processes

Drive timely decision-making and prioritization to hit project milestones

Oversee production documentation, validation,



and training programs

Maintain compliance with internal standards and global regulatory requirements

Foster a safety culture and implement EHS practices including action plans

Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across OneMP and global network

Support reliable market supply and seamless project transfers across the organization

Requisitos principales >6 years of leadership experience in Operations

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and aseptic manufacturing

Proficiency in cGMP regulations and quality systems

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related field

Ability to motivate and develop people, drive innovation, and collaborate across functions and geographies leadership communication stakeholder management aseptic manufacturing cGMP compliance quality systems
