Your mission: turn CRM into a measurable growth driver, powered by AI.

Your Day-to-day

- Run and optimize Klaviyo flows, Salesforce lead scoring, and loyalty/retention programs

- Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation

- Oversee phone channels : call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution

- Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue

- Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response times

Your Profile

- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) and Salesforce

- Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing (Agentforce, Einstein, ChatGPT or similar)

- E-commerce background, ideally with telephony/call tracking exposure (e.g.



Aircall)

- Analytical, hands-on, comfortable owning strategy from design to results

- Fluent English; other European languages a plus
