Overview

As a Customer Success & Digital Account, you will drive adoption of Technogyms Digital portfolio, boosting satisfaction, engagement and retention. You act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, supporting commercial growth and successful deployment of digital solutions. The role blends office work with on-site visits to train and guide customers, strengthening long-term relationships while contributing to revenue and business success.

You will shape the value of the Digital Ecosystem for a integral client base and collaborate across functions to scale impact.

Responsabilidades

Achieve digital and consulting sales and profitability targets.

Support the sales team during pre-sales and sales activities with product presentations and digital solution expertise.

Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful adoption of Technogym digital products.





Develop customer success stories and best practices demonstrating value of digital solutions for member attraction and retention.

Organize webinars, workshops, and educational events promoting Technogyms digital ecosystem.

Manage digital sales forecasts and pipeline activities with a structured, proactive approach.

Monitor market trends, competitors, products, and pricing to provide business insights.

Promote initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Support product launches and commercial initiatives to maximize opportunities.

Requisitos principales Passion for fitness, proactive and ethical mindset.

Experience in or strong interest in the fitness industry (desirable).

Excellent account management, solution selling, strategic thinking, and relationship skills.
