Overview In this role you will own end-to-end security for Airbus's Spanish Space Domain, designing secure systems and defending assets from blueprint to active operations. You will bridge architecture with hands-on defense, guiding mission-critical security efforts across aerospace projects, including ambitious initiatives up to Mars. You will influence security standards and hardening while coordinating with engineering teams to stay ahead of threats in a defense-in-depth environment.

Responsabilidades Architect secure systems and perform compliance checks and risk assessments for space-based assets

Consult with internal customers to align cyber security standards with project goals, including long-horizon missions

Create hardening guidelines and own product security standards





Lead operational defense by managing security technologies (e.g., EDR), driving vulnerability management, and handling firewall and access control ticketing

Requisitos principales Wide cyber security toolkit from design to operational defense

Experience with vulnerability management and endpoint protection

Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical hardening guidelines

Broad IT knowledge to develop security architectures and identify weaknesses

Proactive mindset to design solutions, not just identify problems

CISSP or similar certification is an advantage

Basic knowledge of conducting audits is an advantage
