Overview
In this role, you will lead Ferrer's general content strategy and establish a best-in-class Content Excellence model across brands. You’ll partner with Brand, Digital, Medical, and DD&Ai; teams to shape omnichannel content and accelerate AI-driven solutions, driving customer engagement and business performance. You will implement governance, enable global-to-local collaboration, and evolve content management capabilities within the Business Platform. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on scalable, compliant, and measurable content impact.

Responsabilidades
- Lead global marketing content strategy aligned with corporate priorities and position content as a driver of engagement and business performance
- Own end-to-end content lifecycle from strategy to reuse ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability




- Design and implement a robust content governance model to enable effective global-local collaboration
- Orchestrate omnichannel content experiences across digital and offline channels
- Drive Content Operations and push evolution of the Content Management capabilities in the new Business Platform
- Define and monitor content performance frameworks and KPIs to measure impact and optimize engagement
- Lead innovation in content creation and management leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Partner with Brand Leads, Digital, Data & AI, Medical Excellence, Business Excellence, and Compliance to ensure compliant, customer-centric integration

Requisitos principales
- Strong experience in international pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within Specialty Care, Rare Diseases, Biotech, or other highly regulated healthcare environments
- Proven expertise in content strategy, omnichannel marketing, brand storytelling, and customer-centric commun
