Задачи

Help develop data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization;

Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams;

Design A/B tests and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation;

Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards;

Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines;

Promote data literacy and experimentation best practices.

Требования

Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products;

Strong business sense and product intuition;

Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design;

Strong background in applied statistics;

Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis;





Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders;

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences;

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar;

Fast learner who is meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic;

Nice to have: Experience with Bayesian methods, experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
