and visualizations to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements Ensure data quality and integrity across sources and processes Work with experts across technological domains Requisitos principales Professional experience with data and exposure to data engineering concepts SQL proficiency with understanding of query optimization and indexing in RDBMS or big data Experience with cloud technologies and solution design (Microsoft Azure, Databricks) Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Scala, or R) Hands-on experience across data lifecycle (gathering, cleaning, visualization, reporting) Interest or experience in AI/ML techniques, particularly NLP/text analytics Previous insurance experience is an advantage Can-do attitude and focus on delivering user-friendly business solutions Strong teamwork and communication; ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus teamwork communication problem-solving SQL Azure Databricks
