Overview

As a Data Engineer, you design, build and optimize data solutions for diverse client environments using Microsoft tech. You will join a cross-border DATA & AI team and shape data pipelines, data models and visualizations. You'll implement DevOps practices to ensure reliable data workflows and delivery.

This role combines hands-on engineering with collaboration across Switzerland and Spain, offering impactful work on modern data platforms. You'll help drive data-driven decision making in a dynamic, learning-focused culture.

Responsabilidades Collaborate with the DATA & AI team distributed across Switzerland and Barcelona on high-end projects.

Design, develop and implement data solutions using Microsoft technologies (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Storage Account, SQL Server).

Create and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL.

Implement DevOps practices for data engineering,



including CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Apply data modeling concepts such as snowflake and star schema.

Visualize data effectively using Power BI.

Requisitos principales 5+ years of hands-on Data Engineer experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Storage Account (Data Lake), and SQL Server.

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

DevOps experience for data engineering (CI/CD, version control).

Knowledge of snowflake and star schema data modeling.

Ability to create insightful Power BI visualizations.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

"Can do" mindset and proactive attitude.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

German level at least B2 and proficient English for collaboration.

EU citizen or valid Spanish work visa.
