Overview

As Data Operations and Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a cross-functional data and BI function to enable sales, marketing, and management decisions. You will oversee data platforms and governance across commercial systems, ensuring high data quality and usable insights. You will translate business needs into practical data and reporting solutions and act as a key partner to commercial and marketing teams.

Responsabilidades Lead and develop the Data Operations and BI function

Oversee data platforms and governance (Salesforce CRM, Power BI, SBD 360, Nexmart, Home Index, Innoscape, Leroy Merlin platforms)

Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and usability across systems

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and performance tools

Translate business needs into data/reporting/system solutions for sales/marketing/management





Partner with commercial and marketing teams to align data structures with priorities

Identify process/reporting improvements and expand data usage across the company

Lead, coach, and develop the department team

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize data sources and systems

Strengthen data visibility and support faster decision-making across the organization

Requisitos principales 5+ years in a similar managerial role in data operations, BI, or related functions

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI

Solid understanding of data management, reporting environments, and business information systems

Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration

Strong business acumen with commercial/marketing orientation

Ability to translate business needs into practical data/reporting solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented approach

Comfort with dynamic environment and multiple systems/priorities

Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese desirable communication stakeholder management leadership
