Overview

As a Data Scientist at Gameloft Barcelona, you will explore vast streams of player data to build models that boost game revenue. You work within the Global Data Science and Analytics team, turning insights into deployed solutions across live titles. You'll prototype ML models, run experiments, and present actionable findings to game teams and stakeholders.

This role offers hands-on impact on live products and opportunities to grow into more senior, autonomous leadership of data initiatives. You will thrive in a collaborative, cross-studio environment driving data-driven decisions for exciting gaming experiences.

Responsabilidades Analyze large-scale player data with Python and SQL to produce actionable insights

Perform feature engineering on data from the data warehouse and manage code with Git





Prototype and improve ML models and prediction pipelines with experimental design and A/B testing

Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders across game teams

Develop end-to-end features or models and frame problems clearly for cross-functional adoption

Contribute to experiments and deliver improvements adopted by game teams

Requisitos principales Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, seaborn) and SQL for large-scale analysis

Experience with ML workflows including experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing

Familiar with Git and working with large-scale data in a data warehouse

Masters degree in a quantitative field

Ability to communicate and present to non-technical stakeholders

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
