Overview In this role you provide technical leadership for enterprise networking, designing and optimizing complex network infrastructures to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver reliable networking services and lead modernization initiatives. You will work on diverse data communication technologies, drive incident management and continuous improvement, and shape network standards and documentation, aligning with NTT DATA's mission to enable secure, scalable digital infrastructure.

Responsabilidades Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions

Provide SME for LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Data Center networking technologies

Lead network transformation and modernization initiatives

Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization

Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive root cause analysis

Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure seamless connectivity

Support network security implementations including firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and secure access solutions

Develop network architecture, standards, operational procedures, and technical documentation





Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes

Evaluate new networking technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requisitos principales Typically 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Data Communication, and Enterprise Networking

Experience designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise network environments

Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless Networking, Data Center, and Cloud Connectivity solutions

Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts

Strong understanding of Data Center networking architectures

Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Knowledge of network redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
