Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of AstraZeneca's most complex, cross-functional initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You'll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to turn ambiguity into a clear plan and tangible value. You will apply AI to accelerate delivery, surface insights, and raise delivery cadence while maintaining quality and compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on measurable outcomes, not coordination, with a mission to deliver patient‐facing products safely and effectively.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives from framing to value realization

Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and drive resolution

Lead initiative governance and define cadence, metrics, and stakeholders

Maintain realistic delivery plans and manage resources, budgets, and delivery plans

Ensure products are delivered with high quality and regulatory compliance

Use AI tools daily to generate status summaries, analyze data, and surface patterns

Champion AI-assisted delivery practices and automate routine reporting

Stay current with AI-assisted work management advances and translate into team improvements

Drive quarterly and annual planning, maintain unified portfolio view, monitor delivery maturity

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design,



and Customer Implementation leads to align on done criteria

Lead retrospectives and continuous improvements to distinguish signal from noise

Represent delivery in leadership forums with clarity and candor

Requisitos principales 5+ years in program or delivery management delivering complex, multi-team initiatives

3+ years leading cross-functional programs in technology or digital product orgs, preferably in regulated environments with production deployments

Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and create structure without formal authority

Practical experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT or similar) and ability to describe impact

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to escalate or solve as appropriate

Experience managing matrixed teams and working globally

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred

Familiarity with working in highly regulated contexts (optional: GxP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR, GDPR)

Experience with delivery financials: budgets, forecasts, resourcing models

Integral delivery experience across geographies and time zones strong communication strategic thinking collaboration across functions

AI-assisted tooling (Claude, Copilot, GPT, or similar)
