Overview In this role you partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in Spain as an advisor and operating partner to help launch and grow last-mile delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics. You work with regional teams to ensure safety, performance, and compliant, high-quality operations while removing obstacles and driving value for partners. You will guide DSPs through onboarding, scaling, and ongoing performance management, shaping strategy, and surfacing actions that improve the partner experience and business outcomes.

This role blends relationship management with programmatic problem solving to support a high-velocity network and deliver strong DSP sentiment. A key hook is shaping partner

Responsabilidades Ensure safety compliance in collaboration with OTR Safety and Regional Managers

Guide and enable DSPs to scale operations and ramp for peak periods

Onboard new DSPs and support successful program launches

Coach DSP owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies

Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement network-level operational improvements





Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSP partners and internal stakeholders

Communicate alignment of DSP needs with OTR, WW/EU Product and strategy

Serve as the voice of the DSP within AMZL and support upskilling of tools

Deep dive analyses to identify opportunities to improve customer metrics

Manage contracts and monitor performance across the DSP portfolio

Requisitos principales Spanish fluency (read, write, speak)

Bachelors degree

Experience managing third-party resources on a regional/national scale

Experience managing contingent workforce in peak season

Strong analytical abilities with data usage confidence

Experience in Operations, Last Mile, or account/relationship management in logistics or distribution

Excellent communication across levels

Strong problem solving and proactive thinking
