The position offers full deal lifecycle ownership — from generating opportunities through to execution.The OpportunityLead origination of short-term real estate debt transactions across SpainBuild and leverage relationships with developers, investors, brokers and intermediariesDrive a consistent pipeline of high-volume lending opportunitiesExecute transactions end-to-end, from initial screening through to completionContribute to establishing and scaling a lending platform in a growing marketKey ResponsibilitiesOriginate bridging finance deals, primarily sub-€10mUndertake full underwriting analysis (asset,
