Overview In this role you will scale the SD Worx brand across markets by harmonising strategy, creativity, technology and governance. You will own the brand system and ensure consistent execution across channels, products and touchpoints, using structured processes, governance and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with central and local teams to translate business needs into scalable frameworks, raising brand adoption and embedding continuous improvement. Custodian of brand architecture, naming conventions and governance
Maintain and evolve brand architecture framework
Review and govern requests for new branded assets
Conduct regular brand audits across markets and touchpoints
Manage brand approval, exception and escalation processes
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while allowing local flexibility
Monitor brand health and opportunities to strengthen adoption




Own and evolve Brand Hub (Frontify) and tooling ecosystem
Drive responsible AI adoption within brand guardrails
Identify opportunities to use AI in content, design, localization
Ensure AI outputs comply with brand standards
Enable teams to create high-quality, on-brand assets faster
Balance speed, efficiency and creative quality
Deliver training and enablement programs & build brand champions
Advise local marketing teams and stakeholders
Requisitos principales Proven experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Operations, Brand Management or DAM
Experience with brand tooling platforms such as Frontify or similar
Understanding of brand governance, architecture and scalable operating models
Interest in AI applications within marketing and brand management
Ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
Strong project management and organizational skills
