balancing hands-on guidance with leadership Drive measurable outcomes and reduce rework through clear requirements and critique Be the design voice in cross-functional discussions where scope or timeline are negotiated Design with reusable components and scalable patterns to protect system integrity Requisitos principales Extensive experience in product design with prior experience as a design lead managing a team Proven track record shipping work and leading high-performing designers Comfort working near hard design problems without owning a delivery pipeline Deep experience in consumer-facing (B2C) product design with some exposure to B2B is a plus Strong systems thinking and contribution to design systems Experience in agile, cross-functional squads with Product and Engineering Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong leadership and mentorship Ability to frame problems clearly and communicate direction Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Design systems Systems thinking and scalable component design User experience design for consumer-facing products
