About Us





We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in being part of a Startup and having a big impact on its direction. The person will ideally be interested in becoming a member and taking on a leadership role. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a part-time or full-time job who would like to advise and dedicate a couple of hours a week while we become profitable.

What will you be doing?

- Reel Creation for Social Media: Work alongside the Lead Orchestrator to ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that resonates with the Latino diaspora. You'll turn ideas into scroll-stopping clips that drive reach, engagement, and organic growth across platforms.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Help formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience, focused on visibility, user acquisition, and organic growth.
- Content Marketing: Develop a content marketing strategy that creates relevant, engaging content for Latin Americans abroad, across blog posts, social media, video, and podcasts.
- Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: Identify strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, influencers, and community leaders, and collaborate with them to amplify the platform's reach.





What are we looking for? A passion for Latin America, plus: Organisational mindset: An ability to think structurally about teams, roles, and responsibilities, and comfort building order out of ambiguity alongside the Lead Orchestrator.

Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as the role requires communication with both the UK-based team and the Latin American community. Fluency in Portuguese or another Latin American language is a plus.

Marketing and social media skills: Comfort creating and executing digital marketing and social media strategies to promote initiatives and engage the audience.

Cultural sensitivity: A deep understanding and appreciation of Latin American culture, customs, and traditions.

Technical skills: Comfort working with collaboration, project management, and virtual event tools.

Flexibility and adaptability: The ability to handle unexpected challenges, multitask, and prioritise.

Passion for entrepreneurship: A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and a desire to understand the company's vision and audience.

Requirements

Fluency in English and/or Portuguese or Spanish. Beyond that, a passion for Latin America and connecting with Latinos — the rest can be learnt.
