Overview

As the financial and operational owner of Preplys B2B line, you will build forecasting, governance, and automation to enable rapid, compliant growth. You'll partner across Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, and RevOps to connect pipeline health with profitability. You'll drive AI-enabled FP&A;, deal governance, and general contracting to scale enterprise engagements. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, globally distributed company shaping the future of education.

Responsabilidades Drive B2B growth and profitability roadmap with visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics

Own the B2B forecast model: pipeline-to-revenue, bookings, margin, cash

Lead financial storytelling for board discussions, investments, and pricing strategy

Move FP&A; from manual to predictive with AI-powered tooling and automated reporting

Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment

Own the deal desk with discounting discipline and legal compliance

Build KPI framework linking pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cash

Formalize contracting, deal governance,



and terms of service with Legal

Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics into a single truth for B2B reporting

Champion AI-native workflows to raise analytical ceiling

Requisitos principales 8–12+ years in FP&A;, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS/marketplaces/enterprise GTM

Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin

Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury

Hands-on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management

AI-native mindset with practical use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting

Strong communicator who elevates cross-functional peers and translates financial complexity into decisions

Comfortable executing in a globally distributed, high-growth environment strong communication cross-functional collaboration strategic thinking
