In this role, you will lead SiteMinder’s growth in the DACH region by shaping and executing go-to-market strategies. You’ll steer a high-performing, cross-functional GTM team and partner with marketing, product, and finance to hit ambitious revenue targets. You’ll represent the company at industry events, identify new opportunities, and drive market expansion with a customer-centric focus. This is a chance to influence strategy, scale a SaaS business, and shape the customer journey in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies
- Provide vision and direction to the GTM teams to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing GTM team
- Foster a collaborative, talent-attracting team culture




- Coordinate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Drive revenue growth and market share in the DACH region
- Penetrate new markets and expand the customer base
- Represent the company at events to generate leads and enhance visibility
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive performance and improvements
- Oversee regional staff recruitment, training, and development
- Manage regional sales budgets and optimise resources
- Improve sales processes and collaboration across departments to enhance the customer journey
- Improve processes, people development, and technology to elevate customer experience

Requisitos principales
- Extensive senior leadership experience in sales, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- DACH market knowledge and local cultural familiarity
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate market data into st
