At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales(Italian Market) to help expand our presence across this market.
We are a pioneer in the wholesale blank apparel industry and a fast-growing general leader, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide.
In this role, you will focus heavily on handling and converting inbound leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness, with the opportunity to progressively take on outbound prospecting and market expansion once the inbound flow is under control.

As an Inside Sales, you will:
• Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
• Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)




• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
• Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the Italian market
You will perform if you have the following:

• Native or fluent Italian, good level of English
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, adaptable
• A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion
