ABOUT THE POSITION




We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender (M/F) to lead our bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Montesol Experimental. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the bar, upholding quality standards, and embodying our philosophy: high-level mixology without pretension .

Here are the main responsabilities :
- Master the cocktail menu and classic cocktail list; maintain in-depth knowledge of all ingredients and products used.
- Consistently prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting internal standards: accurate jigger use, clean and organized tools, and efficient execution.
- Ensure smooth communication with the service team and barbacks, anticipating needs and coordinating effectively.
- Contribute to the development and innovation of the seasonal cocktail menu.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests;
