As Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe, you define and drive the regional ethics program across multiple European markets. You will partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, navigating complex regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades Lead and continuously evolve the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe

Partner with senior executives to strengthen ethical culture and compliance awareness

Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, regulatory developments, investigations,



and governance

Oversee regional compliance monitoring initiatives and implement effective risk mitigation

Ensure alignment with integral compliance standards while addressing local European requirements

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels

Requisitos principales Significant experience leading Ethics & Compliance programs in a multinational environment

Strong knowledge of European compliance regulations and governance practices

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex business environments

Experience managing investigations, risk assessments, and organizational change initiatives

Collaborative and credible leadership with excellent judgment and communication skills

Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives collaborative leadership strong communication influencing senior stakeholders
