Overview In this role you lead the end-to-end migration of the customer base from legacy models to a strategic cloud platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product, and own the migration portfolio and execution. You'll manage complex on-prem and cloud migrations, ensure governance, and drive measurable business value.

This is a hands-on, scale-focused leadership role with a clear impact on customer retention and ARR realization.

Responsabilidades

Manage the global SaaS migration portfolio and track opportunities by cohort and geography

Translate strategy into executable annual/quarterly migration plans and waves

Prioritize customers, sequence migrations, and reassess readiness and opportunities

Lead the Migration Execution Office and coordinate across multiple functions

Oversee end-to-end migration execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capacity

Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards and reporting for transparency and performance

Identify bottlenecks and risks and drive corrective actions

Plan capacity, readiness, and resource allocation across participating teams





Oversee on-premise technical and commercial migrations and cloud migrations for existing customers

Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooks

Ensure adherence to pricing governance and migration policies

Provide executive recommendations on resource allocation and scalability

Drive standardized processes while remaining adaptable for strategic cases

Requisitos principales Minimum Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field

10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration or SaaS transition programs

Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations

Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Experience delivering operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations stakeholder management executive communication cross-functional collaboration cloud migration methodologies
