Overview In this BDR role, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for ADP, guiding prospects through initial sales steps and building a strong customer impression. You will profile target accounts, uncover challenges, and craft insights-driven outreach via social media, email, and calls to deliver value. You'll collaborate with field sales and drive qualified opportunities to help meet sales objectives.

This is a growth-focused, learning-enabled position in a integral HCM provider environment.

Responsabilidades Profile and research target accounts to map decision-makers and structure Generate and nurture sales opportunities through multi-channel outreach Set up and host conference calls with leads to clarify needs and next steps Engage with C-suite contacts using insights to address business issues Collaborate with field sales on campaigns and events (e.g., webinars)



Maintain accurate Salesforce activity logs and participate in leadership feedback sessions Own individual tasks and targets to support team success Promote ADP as a trusted expert and thought leader in HCM Identify opportunities with companies sized 300–999 employees Use research tools and social media to monitor market trends and opportunities Requisitos principales Fluent to native Dutch (reading/writing/speaking) Interest in starting a career in sales or BDR role Organized and driven Flexible and team player Passion for technology and customer experience Willingness to learn and shadow senior sellers Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills Team-oriented with coachable attitude High English proficiency Ability to learn new tools quickly Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus Coachability Team orientation Excellent communication (verbal and written) Salesforce or other CRM familiarity Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Social selling and multi-channel outreach
