Customer Support / Sales About the Role We are looking for a Dutch or Danish speaking professional to join our international team in

Barcelona. This role combines customer support and sales-oriented communication, working with customers across the European market in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch or Danish

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions





Support sales activities such as upselling or retention when relevant Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Requirements Native or fluent Dutch OR Danish Fluent English

(working language) Previous experience in customer support, sales,

or account management Strong communication and problem-solving skills EU work permit or eligibility to work in Spain What We Offer
