CloserHire is partnering with a general technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their team in Barcelona, Spain[cite: 3].
Your Role:
- Customer Support & Sales: Handle inbound queries related to post-sales customer requests[cite: 3]
- Fast & Effective Responses: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer inquiries[cite: 3]
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues[cite: 3]
Your Qualifications:
- Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English[cite: 3]
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales[cite: 3]
- Familiarity with sales techniques (cross-selling, up-selling, etc.)[cite: 3]
Package and Compensation:
- Salary: 20000€[cite: 3]
- Up to 2000€ in bonus/year + Meal Allowance & Health Insurance[cite: 3]
