AYESA ENGINEERING invites applications for a Senior Legal Counsel to support our international operations across more than 15 countries. You will provide expert corporate and commercial guidance in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment.
You will lead a team of 3–4 lawyers, participate in corporate restructurings and M&A;, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and act as Secretary to Boards of Directors while strengthening corporate governance across the Group.
