You design and tune control algorithms for wind turbines, wind farms, and hybrid plants to ensure safe and efficient operation. You model dynamic system behavior and validate performance against grid codes and mechanical constraints. You develop strategies for power and energy management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, reliable energy solutions. Responsabilidades Design and tune control algorithms for wind turbines, wind farms, and hybrid power plants
Ensure compliance with international grid codes, electrical models, and mechanical load requirements through control design
Model and simulate dynamic behavior of power systems, including electrical actuators (DFIG), grid scenarios, and power converters
Develop and implement control strategies for Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
Requisitos principales MSc or Ph.D. in Electrical, Power Systems or Control Engineering
Programming skills in Matlab Simulink and PSCAD
Required English (C1); German and Spanish desirable
1–4 years of relevant experience
Availability to travel
Matlab Simulink
PSCAD control design and tuning modeling and simulation
PMS/EMS implementation grid codes compliance
