¿Qué estamos buscando? Buscamos un nuevo compañero para liderar y gestionar equipos / proyectos en el área de desarrollo de software desde un rol de Engineering Manager. Necesitamos una persona que haya crecido y tenga experiencia previa como programador. Este rol combina habilidades de planificación y organización con un conocimiento técnico profundo, adecuado para garantizar el éxito de proyectos complejos en entornos tecnológicos dinámicos.

Trabajamos en un modelo híbrido con 3 días de teletrabajo y 2 en oficinas en Barcelona.

¿Qué tienes que hacer? Será un perfil que se responsabilizará de dirigir el equipo y el proyecto, comunicación directa con producto y reportando directamente a los CTOs de España e Italia. Estamos buscando un perfil muy senior, con mucha experiencia y solvencia, un background técnico en el pasado y actualmente como people y project manager. Debido a la orientación regional, es necesario que hable español e inglés

¿Qué necesitas saber?

This skill includes the capacity to create and maintain high-quality API documentation, implement API security practices, and understand API testing techniques. Additionally, having this ability means understanding how APIs enable interaction between different software systems, allowing them to communicate with each other.
- Analysis: The ability to examine complex situations or problems, break them down into smaller parts, and understand how these parts work together.
- Automation: The ability to design, implement, manage, and optimize automated systems or processes, often using various software tools and technologies. This skill includes understanding both the technical elements and the business implications of automated systems.
- Frameworks: The ability to understand, utilise, and create structured environments for software development. This skill also involves being able to leverage existing frameworks to streamline processes, ensuring better efficiency and code manageability in software development projects.
