Entertainment: Entertainment Manager

Locations: Spain: Mallorca, Estepona

Duration: 7 months, between March-November

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: Supervise and coordinate a wide range of entertainment events and activities to ensure smooth execution.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Entertainment Management Team to plan and implement programs effectively.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on entertainment trends and incorporate them into event planning.

Logistics Management: Organize timetables, performer schedules, and other logistical arrangements for events.

Issue Resolution: Handle any guest or performer issues during events to maintain a positive experience.

About you

You have previous experience in entertainment management, event management, or hospitality environments, bringing a strong understanding of guest engagement and program coordination. You demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage activities smoothly and respond effectively to operational needs. Your awareness of entertainment trends allows you to adapt programs to suit different audiences and enhance the overall guest experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills support a highly guest-focused approach, while your flexibility allows you to work varied hours and perform confidently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
