In today's job market it's almost impossible to get hired without the help of a mentor, they've been through the process in their career and want to give back by volunteering. Tangent is a social impact platform built to help socially diverse backgrounds break into tech. Only 9% of tech employees come from low socioeconomic backgrounds, despite them making up 39% of the total population! Thats worse than law, consulting and banking! No previous experience or a degree is required, just a passion for the mission - helping jobseekers get hired with the help of a mentor. What Youll Do:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential client companies who would benefit from Tangents services.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with target accounts through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and suitability for Tangents offering.
- Relationship Building:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals.
