You will develop long-term relationships with investors and corporate issuers while delivering timely, well-argued research under pressure. The position sits within Santander CIB's equity research team in Madrid, supporting a client-focused, innovative, risk-aware culture.

Building models of covered companies

Writing data-driven, insightful research pieces

Establishing long-term relationships with investors and companies

Requisitos principales 3-7 years of relevant equity analysis experience

Graduate degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering

English fluent (spoken and written)

Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet and other market applications

Mastering the main AI platform

Proficient communication in English and Spanish
